Our Personal Training program offers one-on-one training to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals and challenge them beyond their imagination.

Fitness assessments are conducted to gather baseline health information and assess each individual’s fitness level prior to beginning a training program. A fitness program is then designed to cater to the client’s goals, needs and medical considerations, which includes a weight and cardiovascular training program.

Exercise progression is implemented in the training programs to allow for an increase in fitness adaptation and improved changes in the body. Programs include resistance training, interval/metabolic and cardiovascular workouts.

Assessments include:

  • Health questionnaire & waiver
  • Discussion & goal-setting
  • Weight, body composition & circumference measurements analysis
  • Resting heart rate
