I initially reached out to Lindsay because I wanted to reach my goal of losing weight, dropping body fat and leaning out before my 30th birthday.  Lindsay developed a workout regimen that was challenging, but kept pace with my progress, and a meal plan that kept my diet balanced, sustainable and helped support my workouts.  Lindsay is an amazing coach and mentor. With her help, I exceeded my expectations and goals. I lost 15 pounds and over 8% body fat in less than 4 months!  More importantly, Lindsay gave me the tools that have allowed me to make a life change and now eating clean and working out is a part of my lifestyle.  I am aware and informed of my diet and health, and working out has become something I look forward to in my daily routine.  I have achieved more than I thought possible with Lindsay, and I will continue to work with Lindsay to achieve my fitness goals and challenges!
