"I am a (almost) 63 year old Grammy of 7!  A year and a half ago, I came to the conclusion that I needed to be stronger to keep up with these wonderful grandkids!  I also needed to desperately get on an exercise regimen.

With arthritic knees, I needed to strengthen my legs to take some pressure off the knees. I was looking for a trainer that would come to my home, work with my travel schedule, and above all, make my workouts fun!

Lindsay has given me even more.  She has strengthened my core, built some muscles on this aging body, and I have lost some "muffin top" and "back fat" that a 60+ woman can have. I have lost inches and am much more aware of my diet.  She has helped me gain a positive attitude about exercise. Having a personal trainer, makes me more accountable to my own workouts on my "off" days from Lindsay.  While Lindsay is not a drill Sergeant, she does not allow me to slack off in our training sessions.  I love the fact that she is always introducing new ways to exercise. A training hour with Lindsay is never boring!

I am thankful that my husband and I started training when we did. As we age, it is even more important to strengthen our bodies. We are truly grateful for Lindsay's knowledge and expertise.  She is the real deal! Life IS a journey!  It is NEVER too late to start!"
