"I contacted Lindsay after taking an unplanned year off from exercise.  I mentally and physically needed to get healthy again and Lindsay has helped me accomplish these goals -- and more!  After just a few months of working out with her 2 times a week for 30 minutes each, I built muscle, decreased my body fat, had more energy and was just a happier person.  Lindsay keeps me committed to exercising regularly and eating healthy.  She tailors my exercises to my personal goals and has a "super nice" way of pushing me during my workouts.  Lindsay is an excellent trainer and a great friend.  I would recommend her to anyone!"
