To be more time-efficient, it's very common for online fitness coaches to develop workouts that are based on a general, one-size-fits-all approach and use computer-generated software programs. But the issue is that not all one-size-fits-all programs will yield desirable results because they are not customized to the individual client.  I strongly believe that customized programs will allow clients to be more successful at reaching their goals. My online training programs are customized to cater to your lifestyle, health and goals and are 4 weeks in length.  Weight training, cardiovascular and dietary changes may be altered weekly depending on your progress.  In order to accurately assess your progress and make any necessary changes, I ask that you check in with me on a weekly basis with reports, photos and measurements.
